Cancellation & refund policy

At KAKEHASHI Agency, each trip is carefully designed to offer a personalized and authentic experience in Japan.
We invite you to read the booking and cancellation conditions below.

Booking

To confirm your trip, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the departure date.

For any booking made less than 30 days before departure, full payment will be required upon confirmation.

Trip Modification

Any request for modification (dates, hotels, activities, participants, or itinerary) must be sent by email to our team.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to the availability of the service providers concerned.

Additional fees may apply depending on the requested modifications.

Cancellation Conditions

In case of cancellation before departure, the following fees will apply:

More than 31 days before arrival in Japan: no cancellation fees

30 to 21 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount

20 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount

From 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total amount

Providers & Services

KAKEHASHI Agency works with carefully selected hotels, guides, transport, and local partners.

In case of exceptional circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, natural disasters, transport delays, site closures, or unforeseen events), some services may be modified without prior notice.
