To book your trip

If the reservation is made
more than 90 days before your departure date, a refundable deposit of 30%
is payable upon booking and the remaining balance is due no later than 30
days before your departure date.

If the reservation is made less than 30 days before the departure date, the
full amount is due within 7 days of receipt of the confirmation invoice.

note that bank transfer fees are at the customer's expense and are not
refundable.

Booking Conditions

To confirm your reservation:

  • A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before departure

If the reservation is made less than 30 days before departure:

  • Full payment is required within 7 days

Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation of the reservation before the start of the stay, or in the event of early departure during the stay, the defaulting contractor will be liable to pay a penalty clause fixed as follows:

  • More than 31 days before the arrival date in Japan: no penalty
  • 30 to 21 days before the arrival date in Japan: 30% of the total amount
  • 20 to 8 days before the arrival date in Japan: 50% of the total amount
  • From 7 days before the arrival date in Japan to No Show: 100% of the total amount

travel insurance to the client,
who must ensure they are covered by their own means.
